Over 90% of our elevators are installed in private homes, away from the heavy wear and misuse often seen in public environments. Combined with higher quality components and proven engineering systems, this allows us to confidently stand behind our products for longer.

Peace of mind should not be an expensive extra. At Elevator Boutique, it is part of the package.

The warranty covers 3 years, provided the elevator is serviced by Elevator Boutique technicians at least twice per year.

Safety As Standard

At Elevator Boutique safety is non-negotiable. It is not an optional extra – it is included as standard. 

As an industry leader, we continue to set higher standards through advanced safety features including In-Cabin Self Rescue technology, emergency communication systems, automatic lowering during power outages, and machine-space rescue systems — all designed to give homeowners greater confidence and control.

In-Cabin Self Rescue

Every Elevator Boutique elevator includes our In-Cabin Self Rescue technology, developed to help homeowners stay safe and in control.

If there’s a minor elevator issue or power interruption, our battery-backed In-Cabin Self Rescue system activates automatically. Once the elevator has safely secured the doors, passengers can simply press and hold two buttons inside the cabin.

The elevator then travels safely to the nearest lower floor, where the doors unlock, allowing passengers to exit normally without waiting for external assistance.

Designed specifically for residential environments, the system provides homeowners with greater reassurance, independence and peace of mind — particularly in private homes where emergency access may not always be immediate.

ICSR is included on all A and E Series models at no extra cost. Please note it is not available for jobs within the City of LA.

  • We use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all interactions, so you always know exactly who you’re dealing with, and we do too.
  • Service visits are carefully pre-booked. Every lift has a unique ID number displayed on its button panel, a secret code shared only between you, our technician, and appointment coordinator. Technicians arrive on time, in Lift Shop vehicles, wearing official uniforms. You’ll receive written confirmation of your appointment from an @liftshop.com.au email address. Our technicians never ask for or accept cash payments.
  • Installation teams are also pre-scheduled and fully briefed. They come equipped with the precise lift drawings and know the names and contacts of everyone involved in your project.
  • We rigorously protect our intellectual property rights and take legal action when necessary to enforce them.
