Your price is set by your decisions: the number of floors, swing or sliding doors, cabin size and finishes. The tailored quote covers supply, installation, testing and handover, with a 3-year parts warranty and your first year of servicing included. Your quote is valid for 30 days. Once you accept, sign and pay your first deposit, your price is locked for 12 months.

Four decisions shape your tailored quote. Floors move it the most; finishes move it the least.
The single largest factor. Each additional floor adds engineering, components and installation time. Elevator Boutique elevators serve two to six levels.
Framed aluminum swing doors are standard. Automatic sliding doors, framed or frameless glass, and multiple door openings add to the investment.
Cabins carry five to seven persons. Mirror walls, stone flooring and Italian finishes such as Brushed Bronze and Titanium Grey move the investment up.
A retrofit into an existing home is more involved than a new build. Access, structure and City of LA requirements such as bus doors affect the project.
An Elevator Boutique quote is one complete figure for the elevator. The builder works are arranged by your builder, and we give your builder full engineering drawings.

The Shaft
The shaft is where every project begins, and Elevator Boutique supports both paths. Most clients' builders construct it to our engineering drawings and specifications, and where a complete frame is preferred, Elevator Boutique supplies it directly.
Your builder constructs the shaft to Elevator Boutique engineering drawings and load data, in line with ASME A17.1 and local building codes.
A certified self-supporting steel shaft structure supplied by Elevator Boutique, which your builder clads and finishes. Ideal where a load-bearing shaft is impractical.

The Price Lock
Your Elevator Boutique quote is valid for 30 days. Once you accept, sign and pay your first deposit, your price is locked for 12 months. If material or labor costs rise in that time, your price does not.

An Elevator Boutique quote includes supply, full installation, testing, handover, custom aluminum scaffolding, one month of storage, a GSM emergency phone, In Cabin Self Rescue (not available in the City of LA), your first year of servicing and a 3-year parts warranty. Builder works are arranged by your builder: shaft construction, pit preparation, structural modifications and power supply to the elevator. We provide your builder with detailed engineering drawings.
The number of floors has the largest impact, as each additional floor requires more engineering and components. Cabin size and door type are the next largest factors: larger cabins need stronger mechanisms, and multiple door openings are more complex than single entries. Finishes move the price moderately. Site conditions such as difficult access affect the builder side of the project rather than the elevator itself.

Electricity use is low because the elevator draws power only during operation, and a GSM emergency phone is included with every elevator.
Retrofitting is generally more involved than installing during construction, because the elevator must be integrated into an existing structure. That usually means modifications to walls, floors and access points on the builder side. Each retrofit is assessed individually, and Elevator Boutique elevators suit renovations as well as new builds.
Yes. Elevator Boutique provides shaft drawings and specifications so your builder can construct a compliant, future-ready shaft during construction, even if the elevator is installed years later.
