The famed Orum Residence in Bel Air, which takes the shape of a propeller, is widely recognized as an architectural feat with maximizing views of the city. With an estate, this unique, SPF Architects trusted Elevator Boutique to design an E1 and E2 to blend seamlessly with the interiors with disappearing elevators.
You might recognize this backdrop in Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s recently released Tiffany and Co Campaign. If you look beyond this power couple and exquisite rendition of “Moon River”, you’ll catch glimpses of the interiors of the residence, including Elevator Boutique designs.
Our E2 on the main level was the perfect solution for accessibility at efficient speeds. Center opening doors allow for more shaft space, while Moderna Cabin extends the contemporary feel of this home during travel. Our E1 in the guest house with opposite openings was designed for ease of access and style.
