FOR THIS property situated on the Gold Coast’s Mermaid beach, the owners wanted easier access to the home’s multiple levels. Fortunately when the home was built 20 years ago, the owners had the foresight to include a elevator shaft.
To achieve this, Elevator Boutique provided a three stop ElfoElevator, inclusive of in cabin self-rescue. The walls were finished in Grigio PPS skinplate, half mirror on the back wall, polished stainless steel profiles and a vertical car operating panel. The flooring in the elevator was fitted out with 121-008 Chestnut laminate, which tied in nicely with the home’s existing terracotta tiles. The flat steel doors were powdercoated in RAL 9007.
