This stylish Toorak home had the perfect position in the courtyard outside the dining room for the placement of an E2 private elevator with a glass shaft. The only requirements for the owners were minimal modifications to the existing windows in order to create door openings and some minor excavations for the pit.

The owners finish selections both made the elevator a standout statement and matched the home’s décor.
