When Elevator Boutique was approached to design a elevator for this Melbourne apartment, we jumped at the opportunity to contribute to this impressive home. With floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean this residence is clearly in a league of its own and presented Elevator Boutique with the challenge of creating a elevator which does justice to the rest of the property. Thankfully we didn’t disappoint!
Our experienced consultant based in Melbourne worked closely with the client and engineers to design a through car ElfoElevator which boasts polished stainless steel doors and cabin.
The most striking feature of this elevator is the custom glass shaft connecting the main two floors of the apartment with the enviable rooftop deck. The clients also had the foresight to design a weather protected lobby on the rooftop deck to ensure protection from the elements.
