Glass doors in a house of glass

Elevator Boutique installed a 3-level home elevator in a $20,000,000 modern mansion in the Beverly Hills flats. Panoramic clear glass landing doors match the walls of glass that run through the house.

Six bedrooms and nine bathrooms sit behind a gated motor court, with a chef's kitchen with dual islands, a home theater, a wine cellar, a wellness spa with sauna and steam, and full smart home control. Built for entertaining, the house is spread over three levels. An elevator lets guests and family move through all of it without a second thought.

Museum-quality architecture

This 13,159 sq ft home has soaring ceilings, floating staircases and walls of glass. A gated motor court leads to the entrance, and the top floor opens to city views.

With six bedrooms over three levels, the elevator carries the family from the motor court level to the primary suite without a climb.

The elevator

Panoramic glass on every landing

Each landing door is anodized aluminum with a panoramic clear glass panel and a slimline handle. You can see the cabin arrive, and the doors keep the sightlines the architects designed.

Inside, mirror runs across the top half of the walls with a satin metal finish below. A polished stainless handrail runs across the cabin.

Finished with the client

The client chose a flush-mount phone, which our technicians installed in the cabin. The hoistway was built by the builder with a shallow 3.9 in pit.

The elevator is a quiet part of a busy, entertaining home.
