For this project in Collingwood, Elevator Boutique was asked to provide a 3 stop E1 elevator for this multi-level luxury home originally converted from an old sawtooth factory.

The owners kept the favourable industrial elements such as face brick, timber and steel, which allowed the custom designed E1 elevator to fit in perfectly. This can be seen notably through the glass rear cabin wall allowing for total viewing of the running gear/drive equipment.

The striking artwork by our client on the outside of the shaft was the final Wow factor that took this project to the next level.
