This spacious new home in Perth’s City Beach was designed with convenience in mind. As such, it was easy for the owners and their architect to select the E1 swing door home elevator.

As well as having a wraparound set of glass stairs facing a glass wall overlooking the swimming pool, the elevator itself appears to be sitting in an indoor pond with entry to the lower level of the elevator via large spanning stepping tiles – a stunning architectural effect as you enter the front door.
